3. COACHING & MEMBERSHIP ACCESS
Membership access levels vary based on subscription type (Basic or Premium).
Premium memberships may include workshops, monthly coaching sessions, or additional resources.
Unauthorized sharing of login credentials or materials may result in immediate removal without refund.
4. PAYMENT TERMS
By purchasing a membership, program, or product, you authorize us (or our payment processors) to charge the payment method provided.
4.1 Subscription Billing
Memberships may be billed:

Annually
According to a payment plan
Your subscription will automatically renew unless cancelled prior to the renewal date.
4.2 Failed Payments
If a payment fails:

We may attempt to reprocess payment
We reserve the right to terminate your membership if unpaid
5. REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS

2. REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

This Refund & Cancellation Policy (“Policy”) applies to all purchases made from Michael Stoesz Strategic Solutions, including memberships, coaching programs, workshops, courses, and digital products.
1. MEMBERSHIP REFUNDS
Monthly Memberships
Monthly dues are non-refundable once charged.
You may cancel anytime, and access will continue until the end of the billing cycle.
Future months will not be billed after cancellation.
Annual Memberships
Annual payments are non-refundable after the charge is processed.
You may cancel future renewals at any time.
Access remains for the remainder of the paid term.
No partial refunds or prorated credits are provided.
2. PREMIUM MEMBERSHIPS WITH COACHING
Premium memberships that include:
Monthly 1:1 coaching
Workshops
Courses
Specialty resources
are non-refundable due to the immediate access to downloadable and time-based services.
Missed coaching sessions are not refundable but may be rescheduled with advance notice (if applicable).
3. DIGITAL PRODUCTS
All digital purchases—including journals, worksheets, templates, courses, and downloadable materials—are non-refundable due to instant access.
4. COACHING PROGRAMS & INTENSIVES
High-ticket coaching programs (such as 10-week intensives) follow this policy:
All payments are final.
Payment plans are not cancellable once begun.
You are responsible for completing all scheduled payments.
No refunds are offered, even if you decide to stop participating.
This ensures integrity, accountability, and fairness in scheduling and preparation.
5. WORKSHOPS, EVENTS & LIVE TRAININGS
Tickets and registrations are non-refundable.
If you cannot attend, you may receive a replay (if available).
6. PAYMENT DISPUTES
Unauthorized chargebacks or disputes will result in:
Immediate revocation of access
Potential legal action
Recovery of fees and losses

7. CANCELLATION PROCESS
To cancel a membership:
Log into your account and cancel directly through the platform, or

Be sure to include the following: Full Name, email address used to sign up, reason for cancelling
Cancellations are effective immediately for future billing cycles only.
